Terms and conditions
1-Any refund will be given if we are unable to complete the order. There is no interest will be given on refund amount. Cancelled order will not be valid for any refund.
2- If anyone place the order for any study material or book then it may take up to 3months or more. If we are unable to give it within 3months then we will refund total amount paid by that customer without any interest if he want. There will be no legal action taken on this if we refund the total amount paid by the customer. Any refund will be given by BHIM App only, so if anyone wants refund then request the amount paid by them on our BHIM number 7398633508 only. No refund will be given on telephonic talk or by any other means.
3- Book showed on website are subject to availiability. Books having concise theory are just study material (may be photocopy of our work) given to the students and GATE Chemic or it's staff don't take any responsibility for the absolute accuracy of any information provided in the book/testseries or website , and the damages or loss suffered thereupon.
4- Any legal activities must be taken in Gorakhpur(U.P.) only.
5-Any date given to the customer for delivery by us is tentative and can be changed later if material (Any study material,any book, any practise set) is unavailable.
GATE Chemic or it's staff don't take responsibility for any loss or damages suffered due to late delivery.
